How it is earned

Cashback is calculated on the part you pay with money. The part of an order covered by points earns nothing. You see the amount upfront — on the product page and in the cart before payment.

When it becomes available

72 hours after payment. We need this time to verify the order: if the item is replaced or refunded, no cashback is granted. While it is on hold, your account shows it as «Coming soon».

How to spend it

Pay for an order — fully or partially. Tick «Use cashback» in the cart.

Withdraw to USDT — BEP20 network, minimum $50. Request it in your account, payout within 24 hours. Double-check the network: we only send BEP20.

Validity

3 months from the moment it becomes available — unused cashback then expires. The nearest expiry date and amount are shown in your account, in the «Cashback» section.

For teams

If a purchase is paid from the team balance, the cashback goes to the team wallet. One responsible member manages it and sees the wallet in their account.

Why didn't the cashback arrive right away?

It becomes available 72 hours after payment. Until then your account shows it as «Coming soon». This protects both sides in case of a replacement or refund.

I paid with points — why no cashback?

Cashback is earned only on the amount paid with money. If part of the order was covered by points, cashback is calculated on the rest.

I can't request a withdrawal

Check three things: the amount is at least $50, withdrawals are already open, and you have no other pending request — only one can be active at a time.

My cashback expired — can it be restored?

Cashback is valid for 3 months. The nearest expiry date is shown in your account, in the «Cashback» section. For disputed cases contact support: @accspalace_bot

I made a refund — what about the cashback?

If the refund happens within 72 hours, the cashback is simply not granted. If the order was paid with points, the points are returned as points, not as money.

Which network should I withdraw to?

USDT on BEP20 only. An address from a different network means the transfer is lost — check it before submitting the request.
