WARRANTY POLICY
The warranty for the set is 24 hours from the moment of transfer.
📌 WHAT COUNTS AS TRANSFER
The moment we hand over the profile credentials and the ad accounts.
The 24 hours are counted from that moment.
WE REPLACE THE SET IF:
✅ The login, profile password, email, email password, or backup email do not match.
✅ The profile blocking date is older than the profile issue date.
✅ The limit advertising accounts does not match.
✅ The advertising accounts limit dropped after adding a card.
✅ You cannot change the currency, country, or time zone in billing.
✅ Any advertising accounts block is older than the advertising accounts issue date.
⛔ NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
- Risk payment.
- Any issue that appears later than 24 hours after transfer.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
- Check the profile and the ad accounts right after you receive them: the sooner you report a mismatch, the sooner we replace them under warranty.
- Within 24 hours of receiving the account, change the password, backup email and 2FA to your own. If the credentials are not changed, the store is not responsible for third-party access.
NOTE
☑️ The average time for issuing goods is from 10 minutes to 2 hours.
