WARRANTY POLICY
The warranty for the BM is 24 hours from the moment of transfer.
📌 WHAT COUNTS AS TRANSFER
The moment we send you the invite: as a link or to your email. The 24-hour countdown starts from that moment — regardless of when you accept the invite and check the BM.
✅ REFUND TO THE TG SHOP / WEBSITE BALANCE OR EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER BM IF:
- the invite link is not working and you could not accept the invitation;
- the BM does not match the stated description;
- the ad account is already banned upon first login;
- the ad account limit does not match the stated one;
- the ad account limit dropped after adding a card within the first 24 hours;
- the billing has a different currency, country or time zone and they cannot be changed;
- the BM was blocked within 24 hours after transfer — provided that you have not started working with it.
⛔ NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
1. You did not accept the invite within 24 hours.
If we sent you an invite link or an invite to your email and you did not accept it within 24 hours, the warranty is void in full. This also applies when, during the waiting time, our profiles used for the transfer were blocked or restricted and the invite became invalid. We do not re-send the invite, exchange the product or issue a refund in this case.
Accept the invite and check the BM immediately after receiving it.
2. More than 24 hours have passed since the BM was transferred — refunds and replacements are not possible.
3. You started working with the BM: added a card, ran ads, changed settings or data. Exception — a drop in the ad account limit right after adding a card within the first 24 hours: this is covered by the warranty.
4. Risk payment is not a reason for replacement.
5. Removal of our administrators from the BM — including when we remove them at your request.
A change in the administrator lineup often triggers a BM ban by itself, so such a ban is not covered by the warranty: no replacement or refund is provided.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
- Accepting the invite confirms that the BM has been received and matches the description.
- Check the BM immediately after receiving it: the sooner you report a mismatch, the faster we replace it under the warranty.
- If you want our profiles removed, first add your own with the administrator role and let the BM run for a while. Removing our profiles right after the transfer increases the risk of a ban, and such a ban is not covered by the warranty.
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Complete the BM purchase. After payment, you will receive an order number.
Step 2: Contact the store's support, providing the order number. The support team will then send you the invitation links.
Step 3: Accept the invite link to join the BM.
Step 4: Add your payment cards to the opened ad accounts.
NOTES
☑️ Sold to one buyer.
☑️ Average BM delivery time is 10 minutes to 2 hours.
☑️ After the BM is transferred to you, add several of your own profiles with admin roles.
☑️ Message support right after payment — an operator hands the item over. You must request your order within 24 hours of purchase: after that the warranty no longer applies.
☑️ After the Business Manager transfer, we reserve the right to deny responsibility for any issues that may arise with the BM during your use (except for cases specified in our warranty policy).
