WARRANTY POLICY
The warranty for the ad account is 24 hours from the moment of transfer.
📌 WHAT COUNTS AS TRANSFER
The moment we transfer the ad account to your profile and you receive the ad account ID.
The 24 hours are counted from that moment.
✅ REPLACEMENT OR REFUND TO BALANCE IF:
- the ad account does not match the detailed description we provided;
- the ad account limit dropped after adding a card;
- the ad account is inactive: unsettled, closed, without a transaction, with inactive buttons or frozen;
- any ad account block is older than the ad account issue date.
⛔ NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
- Risk payment.
- Any issue that appears later than 24 hours after transfer.
⚠️ IMPORTANT
- Check the ad account right after you receive it: the sooner you report a mismatch, the sooner we replace it under warranty.
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Contact support, specifying the ad account limit you need. They will send you a link to the table where you can select the appropriate ad account. If the required ad account is not available, please specify the ones you need, and we will try to find them.
Step 2: Once you've selected the ad account you need, send their numbers to support so we can temporarily reserve them for you until transfer.
Step 3: Next, pay for your order on the website or in the Telegram bot. Please provide your order number in the chat.
Step 4: Send us the link or links of your profiles and wait for a message from us, where we'll send you a link to our profile(s). You'll need to re-friend them.
Step 4: Once we've re-friended the profiles, we'll immediately transfer the ad account to you. You'll receive an ad account ID.
Step 5: Work slowly at first, allowing each action plenty of time to settle.
NOTE
🔹 Issued per user.
🔹 Average ad account transfer time is 10 minutes to 2 hours.
🔹 If your admins are blocked and you haven't asked us to remove them or deleted them yourself, and they are valid, you can always contact us and we will transfer the ad account to new profiles.
🔹 Message support right after payment — an operator hands the item over. You must request your order within 24 hours of purchase: after that the warranty no longer applies.
🔹 After the ad account is transferred, we reserve the right to deny any claims that may arise with the ad account during your use (except as specified in our warranty policy).
